1609 is a 3 bedroom 3 bath with a nice balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.and the Future New Dan Russel Pier (lots of good fishing) Entrance balcony overlooking Pier Park as well as Frank Brown Park.
The Master bedroom has a king size bed, the Guest Bedroom also has a king (overlook the beach and beautiful Sunsets , the 3rd bedroom has a full and twin bed as well as there is a Queen sleeper sofa (a twin mattress for guest use)
You can see the Gulf from each room except for the 3rd bedroom. From the entrance you can see Pier Park as well as Frank Brown Park.
