There is enough parking for 4 vehicles in the driveway.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all dishes, utunsils and all Full-size appliances as well as a seperate laundry room with washer/dryer and iron/ironing board. This is an awesome Beach House and a great place to spend your much needed vacation at 'The World's Most beautiful Beaches' in Panama City Beach.

The Gulf of Mexico boasts to have the best deep-sea fishing in the world. If you bring your own boat you can launch it at At Andrew State Park and be right on the Gulf within minutes. Most good fishing spots are less than 5 miles offshore just out of the pass. Lots of Red Snapper, Amberjack, Grouper, Flounder, etc waiting for you!

A newly decorated games room with a big screen TV and much more....keeps the children occupied in the evenings while you relax after an awesome day on the beach!

The new Panama City Beach International Airport is only about 25 minutes from here.
