Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport
The new Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport scheduled to open May 23, 2010 – the first international airport built since the opening of Denver International in 1995 – will expand the region’s identity and appeal as both a major vacation and business destination.
Boasting a 120,000 square foot terminal, the airport will be served by Southwest Airlines with two daily direct flights to and from Baltimore, Houston, Nashville and Orlando. Delta Airlines also plans regional service to and from Atlanta and Memphis.
Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport will accommodate on-demand customs and immigrations services
365 days a year.
